Scholarship Application - HACEMOS Scholarship Website

Important!! Please read the whole scholarship form before submitting.

Gather ALL required documentation:

Copy of most recent official school transcript (Note: To be considered an official transcript it must have a school seal and/ or school signature).

GED (if applicable)

At least 1 recommendation letter (Academic or Professional).

Have your YouTube video created based on the requirements given on the form below.

If you can't provide the recommendation letter or official transcript. Upload a word document stating this. Email the document to HACEMOS@att.com before the scholarship ends.

There is no way to enter some information and come back to enter more later. All information needs be entered in one session.
