Purpose of the Program
The HACEMOS Scholarship Program provides financial support to eligible students in alignment with HACEMOS' mission to promote education, leadership development, and community advancement.

Eligibility & Requirements
Eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and deadlines are outlined on the HACEMOS website and/or scholarship application materials. Applicants are responsible for submitting complete, accurate, and timely information.

Use of Application Materials
All materials submitted become part of the official scholarship record and may be used for program administration, compliance, reporting, and internal evaluation purposes.

Program Modifications & Discretion
HACEMOS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Scholarship Program as needed, including eligibility criteria, award amounts, number of awards, deadlines, timelines, and selection processes.
HACEMOS will make reasonable effort to share updates through its website or application platform; however, changes may take effect prior to being posted.

Funding Availability
All scholarship awards are subject to available funding and any applicable donor-restricted requirements. HACEMOS may adjust award amounts or the number of recipients based on funding availability or compliance needs.

Selection & Finality
Submission of an application does not guarantee selection or funding. All scholarship decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

Confidentiality of Application Review & Results
HACEMOS is not required to disclose and will not release applicant scores, rankings, evaluations, reviewer comments, selection deliberations, or comparative results. All application materials and review b processes are confidential and used solely for scholarship administration.
Scholarship decisions are final and not subject to disclosure or appeal.

Disqualification & Recission
HACEMOs reserves the right to disqualify and applicant or rescind a scholarship award if eligibility requirements are not met, information provided is false or incomplete, or required deadlines are missed.

Award Disbursement & Check Validity
Scholarship awards are subject to disbursement timelines established by HACEMOS. Any scholarship check issued must be deposited or cashed within ninety (90) days of the date printed on the check, unless otherwise stated in writing by HACEMOS.
Checks not negotiated within this timeframe may be voided and the associated scholarship funds may be forfeited or reallocated at HACEMOS' discretion. HACEMOS is not obligated to reissued voided checks.

Technical Issues
HACEMOS is not responsible for technical issues, submission errors, or connectivity problems that may impact applications.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HACEMOS shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in the Scholarship Program.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United State and the State of Texas.
