Gather ALL required documentation:

Copy of official school transcript (Note: To be considered an official transcript it must have a school seal and/ or school signature).
GED (if applicable)
At least 1 recommendation letter (Academic or Professional).
Have your YouTube video created based on the requirements given on the form below.
If you can't provide the recommendation letter or official transcript. Upload a word document stating this. Email the document to HACEMOS@att.com before the scholarship ends.

There is no way to enter some information and come back to enter more later. All information needs be entered in one session.

Video Essay: Create a 3-5 minute video essay discussing your educational journey, experiences, and how the scholarship will contribute to your goals.
Achievements and Extracurricular Activities: Highlight any relevant achievements, awards, or extracurricular activities that demonstrate your skills and commitment.
Financial Need Statement: If applicable, include a statement detailing your financial need and how the scholarship will alleviate some of the financial burdens associated with your education.
Future Plans: Discuss your future plans and aspirations, emphasizing how the scholarship will support your long-term goals.
Community Involvement: Share any community service or volunteer work you've been involved in to underscore your commitment to giving back.
Creativity Showcase (Optional): If applicable, showcase your creativity through a brief presentation, artwork, or project related to your field of study.
Closing Statement: Conclude the video with a strong closing statement, expressing gratitude for the opportunity and reiterating your enthusiasm for the scholarship.
